LOCKDOWN
(SCHOOL)
PROJECT STORY
The "Lockdown" motion graphics piece was developed to highlight and represent a significant social issue. Inspired by Anderson .Paak's song "Lockdown," which addresses police brutality and the Black Lives Matter protests of 2020, this project focuses on kinetic typography to visually convey the song's impactful message. The piece concludes with a list of names from the Say Their Name movement and a Black Lives Matter symbol, aiming to honor and give justice to the subject matter with the respect it deserves.
